To exercise these rights, you or your Authorized Agent must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to verify your identity (i.e., your Crwn Network Executive Membership Username and password), and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail. Each qualifying request will be considered a “Valid Request.”

We will respond to Valid Requests within 45 days. We do not charge a fee unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If fees apply, we will notify you before proceeding.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under CCPA. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide lower quality services as a result of your request.

We do not sell your personal information. Based on our understanding of the term “sell” under the CCPA, we have not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the 12 months preceding this Privacy Policy. However, we may share your data for purposes set forth herein.

5. CA Shine the Light Law

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code Section § 1798.83), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use may request once per year information about personal data shared with other businesses for their direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this would include the categories of data and the names/addresses of businesses we shared data with in the prior year.
