ABOUT US

ABOUT US

Crwn Network is a premier professional network for mid- to senior-level women of color. We create curated pathways to executive leadership through growth, connection, and legacy. With members across law, tech, finance, HR, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Crwn Network equips women to lead authentically, expand influence, and redefine success on their own terms.

Today, Crwn Network is a movement of women of color stepping fully into their power—not waiting for a seat at the table, but building new tables altogether.

Our Origin Story

A space we needed. A space we built.

Crwn Network was born from a simple connection—two women, deeply committed to their communities, who shared an ambition to advance in their careers. What began as professional curiosity quickly grew into a purposeful partnership, grounded in accountability, vision, and sisterhood.

Both accomplished professionals, they found themselves asking the same questions:

What does it take to get to the table?

Who opens the door?

How can I advance in my career without sacrificing my authentic self?

Over the course of a year, they showed up—consistently—for themselves and for each other. They set goals, exchanged knowledge, and pushed one another to move with intention and purpose. Yet, against the backdrop of a shifting sociopolitical climate—where visibility didn’t always equal value, and ambition didn’t always guarantee access—they realized they had created something bigger: a sacred space others also needed.

From that realization came a calling: to build a network for women of color consisting of the resources, relationships, and strategic support needed to rise, lead, and thrive.
